We welcome both professional photographers using the farm as a backdrop for clients (e.g., senior photos, engagement, maternity, family portraits) as well as individuals taking their own photos (e.g., graduation, birthday, personal creative shoots).
Our Photography Access Fee is $35 per hour (includes up to 5 people including photographer; $10 per additional guest; please contact us if your group is larger than 10 people).
Minimum booking is 1 hour, which includes any setup and teardown — please arrive on time to maximize your session. Payment required in full at time of booking to confirm your date. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. All sessions must be booked in advance — no walk-in photo sessions. In case of inclement weather, we are happy to reschedule (no additional fee) for a date within 30 days of originally planned date. Cancellations less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
Don’t pick flowers, disturb or remove plants unless pre-approved.
Props are welcome but must be carried in and out — no nails, tape, glitter, or confetti.
Pets allowed only if leashed and approved in advance.
Do not open any farm gates or feed the animals without asking Nuthatch Gardens staff first.
No drones without written permission.
With apologies to your kiddos, please refrain from riding our zipline — it is not coverable by any affordable insurance policy so consider it off limits.
Please be respectful — this is a working farm and private property.
By booking a photography session at Nuthatch Gardens you agree that:
You and your guests assume all risk of injury, damage, or loss while on the property.
Nuthatch Gardens, its owners, and employees are not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or lost/stolen items.
You release and hold harmless Nuthatch Gardens from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your visit.
